Karen Heritage first established her school in Stockton-on-Tees in 1989 working in church halls and community centres until 1994 when she opened her first studio in Prince Regent Street.
With a range of classes
covering tap, modern, ballet, freestyle, acrobatic, jazz, drama and
theatre skills
for ages 2 years to
adults, the school now has over 300
students.
Our second studio on Yarm Lane was opened in November 2011 by the Mayor of Stockton, Councillor Paul Baker.
It
houses our dancewear shop and cafe "Pirouette", and is home to our
Academy of Performing Arts covering dance, drama and musical
theatre for children.
